At Essex Fashion House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
